Meet Our Founder & Herbalist Extraordinaire, DeeAnn Tracy
At the heart of Peak Scents is our founder and visionary product developer, DeeAnn Tracy. A true embodiment of the brand's ethos, DeeAnn is a second-generation herbalist whose passion for botanical remedies was nurtured through her studies at the esteemed Southwest School of Botanical Medicine. Her expertise in the field of herbalism infuses every product with a deep understanding of the power and potential of natural ingredients.
DeeAnn's journey to creating Peak Scents is enriched by her diverse experiences, including her years as a river guide in the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon. It was during these adventures that she firsthand witnessed the toll that harsh desert conditions could take on the skin of river guides and trip participants. Driven by her innate love for health and environmental sustainability, DeeAnn recognized the pressing need for skincare products that could provide essential protection in these demanding environments. With an unyielding dedication to health and the planet, DeeAnn seamlessly integrates her values into the formulation of each and every Peak Scents product. Peak Scents has curated ingredient sourcing relationships that ensure responsible practices so that each product boasts integrity. We don't use any synthetic fragrances, dyes, or preservatives...ever! Our products contain botanicals, vitamins, super fruit extracts, pure essential oils, non-toxic preservatives, and only the highest quality skin boosting ingredients such as peptides, alpine rose stem cells, green tea, aloe, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. Our skincare line gives proof to the world that beauty products can be simultaneously clean and effective!
